What Happens When You Call

You talk with someone who works on roofs, not someone reading a script. We ask where the problem shows up, how long the roof has been on and what you have noticed, such as a stain on a ceiling, shingle granules collecting in the gutters or tabs lifted after a hard wind. Then we explain in everyday language what those signs usually point to, and whether it sounds like roof repair, a roof inspection or a longer conversation about roof replacement.

If a visit makes sense, we agree on a time to come out to your home in Minco or a nearby town such as El Reno, Tuttle or Mustang. On site we check the shingles, the flashing and the gutters, and we photograph each concern so you can see it for yourself. Those pictures get a sit-down explanation with you before any recommendation is made. You decide what happens next, and nothing is expected of you on that first call.

Worth Gathering Before You Pick Up the Phone

  1. The year the shingles went on, or simply the year you bought the house if nobody kept that record.
  2. What you have noticed and where, like a water mark on a bedroom ceiling, a gutter spilling over or a shingle gone from the slope.
  3. The date of any recent hail or wind, if you think storm damage repair may be part of the job.
  4. Your claim number, if you have already contacted your insurer, so we can explain where our photos fit in.
